Fresh Cravings Mexican Street Corn
Guests will love this twist on traditional street corn with Fresh Cravings Restaurant Style Salsa.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 2 oz. cotija cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cravings Restaurant Style Salsa, any heat
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 large ears corn, silk removed, husk pulled back or removed
- Heat grill until hot, clean and oil grates. Place corn on grill. Cook covered turning as needed until corn is lightly charred on all sides, 8 to 10 minutes.
- In medium-sized bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, Cotija cheese, Fresh Cravings Restaurant Style Salsa, lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Transfer corn to bowl and using tongs, toss to coat each ear of corn.
